Dr. Seong Hwang

Dr. Seong Hwang grew up in Korea, moved to Guam at a young age, and came to the US where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology at Pacific Union College. He went on to earn his DDS degree from University of Southern California, where he was able to develop a deep understanding of the latest dental techniques, technology, and the importance of patient comfort. He further refined his skills through additional courses with Dr. Hornbrook, Dr. Phelan, & Dr. Kois, focusing on occlusion, and full mouth rehab. He also has had the pleasure of learning implant surgery from Dr. Young Sam Kim.  After years of experience, Dr. Hwang built a reputation not just for excellent technical skills, but for making patients feel at ease. It’s always been his belief that dental visits shouldn’t be stressful or intimidating. Dr. Hwang is dedicated to creating an atmosphere where every patient feels heard, understood, and cared for—whether they're here for a routine cleaning, a complex procedure, or just need a little extra encouragement. He truly believes that having a beautiful, healthy smile can transform lives, and that’s why he is so passionate about helping people feel their best.

Outside of the office, he enjoys cooking, golfing, traveling and spending time with his wife. Dr. Hwang looks forward to welcoming you into the practice and helping you achieve the smile you’ve always wanted.
